Kelvin Zero Awarded Contract with Shared Services Canada to Test Innovative Passwordless Solutions

[March 24 – Montreal, Québec] — Kelvin Zero is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a contract with Shared Services Canada (SSC) following our successful qualification under a recent Call for Proposal from Innovative Solutions Canada (ISC). This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to advancing next-generation authentication methods and aligns with key priorities in the Zero Trust domain.

Earlier this year, Kelvin Zero responded to ISC’s Call for proposal, which is designed to stimulate technology research, development, and commercialization of Canadian innovations.

We are proud to be part of this effort, which allows the Government of Canada to test our Multi-Pass passwordless products and solutions. As traditional password-based systems become increasingly vulnerable to data breaches and phishing attacks, organizations are seeking more secure alternatives. Passwordless authentication offers a streamlined and robust solution, eliminating the need for complex passwords that are difficult to remember and prone to misuse. By leveraging biometrics, hardware devices, and other advanced methods, our technology aims to provide a safer and more user-friendly way for public servants to authenticate their access to services and devices.

Through this project, we aim to explore our technology in an innovative and research-driven context. The desired outcomes include refining our product to meet the stringent requirements of large employers while ensuring compatibility across diverse technological environments.
